RETURN POLICY

SkinClinic NW gladly accepts returns of unopened product within 30 days of purchase. Please text or email to coordinate the return of product.  Your refund will be via the same method in which you paid.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping via USPS on orders over $100.

2nd Day Shipping available via USPS at an additional cost.

 

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 5-8 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. SkinClinic NW is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

 

United States Postal Service (USPS)-  USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
